Following this ideological shift in 1997, non-payment of taxes caused a serious economic crisis in Russia, and the agency was frequently condemned in the West for its violent policing methods. In 2003, the Tax Police Service was abolished. History Directorate Z The Federal Tax Police of Russia was established on the basis of the Fifth Chief Directorate of ...

3 (three) is a number, numeral and digit. It is the natural number following 2 and preceding 4, and is the smallest odd prime number and the only prime preceding a square number.
