Fauziyya Hassan
Fauziyya Hassan (8 January 1942 – 31 August 2022) was a Maldivian film actress. She made her film debut in ''Sidha'' in 1985. In 1994 she was arrested by the Indian police on espionage charges relating to the Indian Space Research Organisation. She and a friend were accused of passing sensitive defence information to Pakistan. The espionage case against Hassan was not proven and eventually other charges were dropped, though she spent three years in prison under the National Security Act. After her release Hassan appeared in a number of television dramas and films, including a run of horror films in the early 2000s. She afterwards appeared in a number of romantic dramas including ''Vaaloabi Engeynama'', for which she was nominated for best supporting actress at the 2008 Gaumee Film Awards. Malé is the capital and most populous city of the Maldives. Jamsheedha Ahmed (2 December 1978) is a Maldivian actress. Career 1996–99: Early releases and ''Amaanaaiy'' Ahmed made her screen debut in 1996 with the video single titled "Nudhaashe Dhookohfaa Loabivaa" performed by Abdul Sameeu. Recalling her memories of the song, Ahmed said it was a "fun experience" accepted as a favor to her friend. Easa Shareef is a Maldivian film director, actor, screen-writer, editor and lyricist. Hassan Afeef is a Maldivian film actor. He is celebrated as the actor being featured in the first Maldivian film and song. He is also noted to be the actor to have worked with most directors away from home and acted in most films that were shot abroad. Moosa Manik (born 9 February 1961) also known as Reeko Moosa Manik is a Maldivian entrepreneur and former actor and politician.
