Julian Fauth
Julian Fauth is a Canadian blues pianist, singer and songwriter. He has collaborated on record with Harmonica Shah, Curley Bridges, Fruteland Jackson, Finis Tasby, and David Rotundo. Fauth has recorded four solo albums for Electro-Fi Records; his first was nominated for, and his second won, a Juno Award. His third, ''Everybody Ought to Treat a Stranger Right'', was selected as the 'Best Blues Album of 2012' by the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation. He has also received a Maple Blues Award and was nominated for several others. Fauth has opened for Johnny Winter, John Mayall and John Hammond. Gerald Fauth is an American businessperson who serves on the National Mediation Board (NMB). Fauth was first appointed to the NMB by President Donald Trump in 2017 and served as its Chairman from November 2017 to June 2018 and again from July 2021 to June 2022. Prior to joining the NMB, he was the president of G.W. Fauth & Associates Inc., a transportation economic consulting firm. Fauth has been criticized over his decision to dump stocks in February 2020, one week prior to the coronavirus market crash. Fauth dumped the stocks immediately after receiving a phone call from his brother-in-law, Senator Richard Burr, who was privy to material nonpublic information about the impact of COVID-19. Gerhard Fauth
Gerhard Walter Fauth (April 19, 1915 – November 6, 2003) was a German journalist. Life and work Fauth was born in Dresden. As a school student, he gravitated to left-wing socialist circles close to the Socialist Workers' Party of Germany. In summer 1933, shortly before he was to take his school graduating exams, he was arrested after it was found he had written to a French friend about Hitler's new government, describing it as a "band of criminals" and warning that Hitler was preparing for war. In winter 1933, the case against him was struck down. On his release, he fled to Prague, but then returned to his parents in Germany. During World War II, he served in Greece in the 999th Light Afrika Division, a penal battalion, becoming a lieutenant. In December 1943, he received word that a member of the battalion, Falk Harnack, was to be arrested on order of the Gestapo for his connections to the White Rose through Lilo Ramdohr. Evelyn Fauth
Evelyn Fauth (born 27 November 1976) is a former professional tennis player from Austria. Biography Fauth was born in the Styrian town of Sankt Peter, to parents Walter and Ingrid. She began playing tennis at the age of six and turned professional at 17. Her biggest title win was the Espinho ITF tournament in 1999, which included a semifinal win over Kim Clijsters. She appeared as a qualifier at the 2001 US Open and defeated Anne-Gaëlle Sidot to reach the second round, where she lost in three sets to Virginia Ruano Pascual. In 2002, she debuted for the Austria Fed Cup team in a surprise win over the United States, away from home in Charlotte, North Carolina in the first round of the World Group.
