Fatma Uruk (born in 1988) is a Turkish world record holder female Free-diving, free-diver and school teacher. Early life Fatma Uruk was born in İzmir, Turkey in 1988. Between 2006 and 2013, she was educated in Economics at Middle East Technical University in Ankara. Sports career She began with freediving after she watched a documentary about the Turkish world-record holder female freediver Yasemin Dalkılıç. In 2008, she felt herself ready for competitions, and participated in the Turkish championship. She won the third place, and was admitted to the national team. By September 2020, while she was training for a world record freediving in Mexico, she set a new national record in the Constant Weight (CWT) with Fins event with . The old record was . Olga Mikhailovna Chernyavskaya, née Davydova, formerly Burova (russian: Ольга Михайповна Чернявская; born 17 September 1963) is a Russian discus thrower. As Olga Burova, she won the gold medal at the 1993 World Championships. She also won European Championships silver in 1990, World Championship bronze in 1995, and is a three-time Olympian. Free-diver
Freediving, free-diving, free diving, breath-hold diving, or skin diving is a form of underwater diving that relies on breath-holding until resurfacing rather than the use of breathing apparatus such as scuba gear. Derya Can Göçen (born Derya Can on October 12, 1979) is a Turkish world record holder female free-diver and school teacher. Family life Derya Can was born in Çanakkale, Turkey on October 12, 1979. She studied physical education and sports at Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University graduating in 2001. She has been working as a teacher since 2009. She is married to Tayfun Göçen, who is chief diver of a search and rescue team at the Turkish Coast Guard, and also a free-diver. She is a mother of two children, a 2011-born son Poyraz Mustafa and a daughter Derin Helen born in 2015. The family lives in Canakkale.
