Fatih Erkoç
Mehmet Fatih Erkoç (born 7 April 1953) is a Turkish jazz and pop music singer and composer. Biography Fatih Erkoç is the son of Hasan Erkoç, an oud musician. He gave a violin to his son when Fatih was three years old. Fatih studied at Istanbul Municipality Conservatory. He played trombone and worked with Istanbul State Symphony Orchestra. Then he went to Norway. He returned to Turkey in 1986. His first album is ''Nihayet''. He joined Kuşadası Golden Piegon Song Contest and won. His last album was ''Kör Randevu''. ''Elveda Ey Gençlik'' in this album is written by Hasan Erkoç. He joined the Lütfü Kırdar Concert on 24 February 2009. He was a part of the musicians in ''My Best Friends Are Vocalists'', the latest album of the Turkish jazz musician Ozan Musluoğlu, with his original composition 'As Long As You're Here With Me'. Ozan Musluoğlu
Ozan Musluoğlu is a Turkish musician best known as a former member of the Turkish ska-punk band Athena. Musluoğlu was born in Germany in 1977 and started playing bass guitar at the age of 16. In 2000, he won a full scholarship to the Bilgi University Music Department, and in 2001, he started his studies with Volkan Hursever, James Lewis, and Kursat And. He has since then shared the stage with Kerem Gorsev, Vanessa Rubin, Danny Grissett, Dena Derose, Allan Harris, Tuna Otenel, Imer Demirer, Donovan Mixon, Erkan Ogur and Neset Ruacan. Ferit Odman
Ferit Odman is a jazz drummer based in Istanbul, Turkey. Education Odman started his music studies in Sweden as an AFS exchange student in 1999, then received a full scholarship to Istanbul Bilgi University in 2001, where he obtained his B.A. in Music. In 2004, he attended workshops at the School for Improvisation in New York City. He was given a Fulbright Scholarship to study at William Paterson University from 2006–2008. Performing career Odman began his professional career in 2000 at the age of eighteen. Kuşadası () is a large resort town on Turkey's Aegean coast, and the center of the seaside district of the same name within Aydın Province. Kuşadası is south of İzmir, and about from Aydın. Jazz
Jazz is a music genre that originated in the African-American communities of New Orleans, Louisiana in the late 19th and early 20th centuries, with its roots in blues and ragtime.
