Mohamed Al-Menfi
Mohamed Yunus al-Menfi (; born 3 March 1976) is a Libyan diplomat and politician. On 5 February 2021, he was chosen as the president of the Libyan Presidential Council at the Libyan Political Dialogue Forum. Previously, he had served as the Libyan Ambassador to Greece. Ambassadorship Al-Menfi's period as ambassador in Athens was marked by a tense relationship between the GNA and the Greek government because of the Libyan (GNA)–Turkish accord on maritime boundaries. The row is part of a long-running dispute between Turkey and Greece over drilling rights in the Mediterranean. He was eventually expelled from Athens in December 2019. Abdul Hamid Muhammad Abdul Rahman al-Dbeibeh (, also transliterated as Dbeibah) is a Libyan politician and businessman who is the prime minister of Libya under the Government of National Unity (Libya), Government of National Unity (GNU) in Tripoli, Libya, Tripoli. Dbeibeh was appointed on 15 February 2021 through the Libyan Political Dialogue Forum, and he was expected to hold the office until 2021 Libyan general election, elections on 24 December 2021, which were later postponed. Najla El Mangoush
Najla Mohammed El Mangoush (born 7 June 1973) is a Libyan diplomat and lawyer. She was Libya's foreign minister in Abdul Hamid Dbeibeh's government from 15 March 2021 until her dismissal on 28 August 2023. El Mangoush has been Libya's first and only female foreign minister, and the fifth woman to hold the position of a foreign minister in the Arab World. Early life and education Najla El Mangoush was born in Cardiff, Wales, to a family of four children who originated from Libya, but she grew up in Benghazi, the city to which the family returned, when she was six years old. Derna (; ') is a port city in eastern Libya. With a population of around 90,000, Derna was once the seat of one of the wealthiest provinces among the Barbary States.
