Fangio-Tönissteiner
Fangio, later known as AD Renting and Tulip Computers, was a Belgian professional cycling team that existed from 1975 to 1992. The team competed after 1979 through to the 1986 Vuelta a España, but did not have any wins. It was succeeded by the AD Renting team. ''AD Renting'' (All-Drie Renting), often simply called ADR, existed from 1987 to 1989. Tulip Computers existed from 1990 to 1992. Its main sponsor was Dutch computer manufacturer Tulip Computers. This team should not be confused with the Spanish cycling team sponsored by Tulip Computers in 1990. Tour de France Despite its short history as ''AD Renting'' and lack of funds, the team was very successful in the Tour de France. Greg LeMond
Gregory James LeMond (born June 26, 1961) is an American former Road bicycle racing, road racing cyclist. He won the Tour de France thrice and the UCI Road World Championships – Men's road race, Road Race World Championship twice, becoming the only American male to win the former. LeMond began his professional cycling career in 1981. Two years later, LeMond became the first American male cyclist to win the Road World Championship. He won the Tour de France in 1986, becoming the first non-European professional cyclist to win the men's Tour. LeMond was accidentally shot with pellets and seriously injured while hunting in 1987. Following the shooting, he underwent two surgeries and missed the next two Tours. Dirk Demol (born 4 November 1959) is a Belgian former professional racing cyclist and a cycling team manager. He is currently assistant sports director of . As a rider he specialized in the spring classics, his best result being his victory in the 1988 edition of the one-day classic Paris–Roubaix for Team ADR. Racing career Demol grew up in Kuurne, Belgium. In 1987 he finished third at Kuurne-Brussel-Kuurne. In 1988 he won Paris-Roubaix for Belgian pro team ADR. He retired from racing in 1995. Management career In 2000, Demol became assistant team manager for the U.S. Postal Service Pro Cycling Team, a position he held until 2007. Rigobert Matt (born 10 May 1963) is a German former professional racing cyclist. In 1981 Matt won the UCI Cyclo-cross World Championships – Junior men's race. He rode in the 1985 Giro d'Italia where he did not finish after pulling out on stage 18.
