Fall From Grace (band)
Fall from Grace is an American alternative rock band formed in 2004 in Seattle, Washington. The band is best known for winning Fuse TV's reality show ''Bodog Music Battle of the Bands'' and winning a one million dollar recording contract with Bodog Music. Fall from Grace beat out over 7,000 bands, ten of which they toured with for the prize. Those bands included new Bodog artists Boston's Fear Nuttin' Band, Miami's Big Bang Radio, Dallas's Ashmore, Houston's Subversa, Atlanta's The Mood, Minneapolis's Leroy Smokes, Los Angeles's Blaxmyth, Phoenix's Idle Red, San Francisco's Strifer, and Philadelphia's Burn Down All Stars. Alternative Metal
Alternative metal (also known as alt-metal) is a genre of heavy metal music that combines heavy metal with influences from alternative rock and other genres not normally associated with metal. Alternative metal bands are often characterized by heavily downtuned, mid-paced guitar riffs, a mixture of accessible melodic vocals and harsh vocals and sometimes unconventional sounds within other heavy metal styles. Hardcore Punk
Hardcore punk (also known as simply hardcore) is a punk rock music genre and subculture that originated in the late 1970s. It is generally faster, harder, and more aggressive than other forms of punk rock. Alesana ( ) is an American post-hardcore band from Raleigh, North Carolina. The group was founded by Shawn Milke, Dennis Lee and Patrick Thompson during the fall of 2004, and is currently signed to Revival Recordings and Artery Recordings. Alesana has collectively released three EPs and five full-length studio albums.
