Faqueer Shahabuddin Ahmad was the second Attorney General of Bangladesh from 1972 to 1976. Ahmad Mr. Ahmad was born in Ghagotia, Kapasia (Dhaka). He moved to Dhaka City to complete his education. He successfully completed his law degree. He became one of the most prominent lawyers in Bangladesh. Abu Sayeed Chowdhury (31 January 1921 – 2 August 1987) was a jurist and the second president of Bangladesh. Besides that, he held the positions of the chairman of the United Nations Commission on Human Rights, the vice-chancellor of the University of Dhaka, the Foreign Minister of Bangladesh, and the first Bangladesh High Commissioner to the UK. Early life and education Chowdhury was born on 31 January 1921 to a Bengali Muslim ''zamindar'' family in the village of Nagbari in Tangail, Mymensingh district, Bengal Presidency (now Bangladesh). Mohammad Mohammadullah (21 October 1921 – 12 November 1999) was the third president of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Mohammadullah became the Acting President on 24 December 1973, was elected president on 24 January 1974, and took oath of office on 27 January 1974. He remained President until 25 January 1975. Khondaker Mostaq Ahmad (; 27 February 1919 – 5 March 1996) was a Bangladeshi politician. He was the Minister of Commerce in the third Mujib Rahman ministry under Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, and assumed the presidency of Bangladesh after the Assassination of Sheikh Mujibur Rahman on 15 August 1975. He praised the assassins as "sons of the sun" and put cabinet ministers loyal to Sheikh Mujibur Rahman in jail. Abu Sadat Mohammad Sayem
Abu Sadat Mohammad Sayem (29 March 1916 – 8 July 1997) was a Bangladeshi jurist and statesman. He was the first Chief Justice of Bangladesh from 1972 to 1975. He became the president of Bangladesh in the aftermath of counter-coups in November 1975. He held post of Chief Martial Law Administrator (CMLA). Syed Ishtiaq Ahmed (16 January 1932 – 12 July 2003) was a Bangladeshi lawyer and constitutionalist. He was a former attorney general of Bangladesh. He served as an adviser of law to the non-party caretaker government in two successive terms.
