Fadhil Ahmad Al-Hayali
Fadel Ahmed Abdullah al-Hiyali (died 18 August 2015), better known by his noms de guerre Abu Muslim al-Turkmani (), Haji Mutazz, or Abu Mutaz al-Qurashi, was the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) governor for territories held by the organization in Iraq. Muhammad Fadhil bin Noh (born 4 March 1989) is a footballer who plays for Warriors FC in the S.League. A former youth international who played for the Young Lions, he was a member of the bronze medal-winning Singapore football team during the 2009 Southeast Asian Games, scoring a goal in the bronze medal playoff against Laos as well. Fadhil Jalil Al-Barwari
Fadhil Jamil Barwari (1 April 1966 – 20 September 2018) was an Iraqi army general who served as the commander of the ISOF-1 brigade of the Counter Terrorism Service. Prior to that, he served as the commander of the 36th Commando Battalion. In November 2017, Barwari was implicated in a corruption scandal to “cheat the US State Department out of millions of dollars”. He died of a heart attack in 2018. Mustafa Mohamed Fadhil (, also known as Abdul Wakil al-Masri) (23 June 1976 – date of death unknown) was a citizen of Kenya and Egypt, who was indicted in the United States for his part in the bombings of their embassies in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, and Nairobi, Kenya. Accused activity Fadhil was accused of preparing TNT and loading that TNT (plus other explosives) into the truck, which was used as a bomb in Tanzania. Fadhil Al-Jamali
Muhammad Fadhel al-Jamali () (20 April 1903 – 24 May 1997) was an Iraqi statesman, educator, politician and diplomat, who held important posts in the government of Iraq, during the royal era. Most notably he served as Iraq's prime minister two times and foreign minister from 1946 to 1948 and was also the Director of Foreign Affairs and a member of the Arab Federation Council in 1958. Born to a Shi'ite family in al-Kadhimiya neighborhood of Baghdad, they were traditionally custodians of Al-Kadhimiya Mosque. He began his political career in 1943.
