Fabien Vorbe
Jean Francis Fabien Vorbe (born 4 January 1990) is a Haitian professional footballer who last played for NEROCA F.C. in the I-League. Career Youth and College Vorbe began his career in 2005 with first division Haitian club Violette AC at age 15, before moving to the United States to play college soccer at Furman University in 2008. In his freshman year, he made 17 appearances and scored four goals including two in his collegiate debut against UNC Wilmington. In his sophomore year, he started 16 games and tallied six goals and one assist. He made 16 appearances again in his junior year and scored four goals. Club career In 2011, Vorbe returned to Haiti to play for Tempête. After one season, he left Haiti to join FC Edmonton in the NASL. The I-League is the men's second professional football division of the Indian football league system behind the Indian Super League. 2017–18 I-League
The 2017–18 I-League was the 11th season of the I-League. Aizawl were the defending champions. NEROCA entered as the promoted team from the 2016–17 I-League 2nd Division. The season began on 25 November 2017. Minerva Punjab won their first I-League title. Teams All India Football Federation invited bids for new teams on 21 July 2017 from Bengaluru, Mumbai, New Delhi, Ranchi, Jaipur, Jodhpur, Bhopal, Lucknow, Ahmedabad, Malappuram and Trivandrum, among others. Philippe Vorbe
Philippe Vorbe (born September 14, 1947) is a former Haitian footballer who played as a midfielder for the Haiti national football team in the 1974 FIFA World Cup in West Germany. A legendary player in Haiti, he provided Emmanuel Sanon the pass that resulted in the famous goal that put an end to Italian goalkeeper Dino Zoff's no-goal streak. Sebastien Vorbe (born 4 June 1976) is a Haitian professional association football, footballer who played as a midfielder for Violette AC, Violette. Club career Vorbe started his career playing for the First Division in the Ligue Haïtienne for the Violette AC, where he would go on to win the national championship his first year during the 1994–95 season. After the following year, Vorbe played College soccer in the United States, college soccer at Florida International University in 1997 and 1998, where he registered nine goals and 13 assists in 37 games. 2010 Caribbean Championship
The 2010 Caribbean Cup (also known as Digicel Caribbean Cup 2010 for sponsorship reasons) was the 2010 edition of the Caribbean Cup, Caribbean Championship, an international association football, football championship for national teams affiliated with the Caribbean Football Union (CFU) of the CONCACAF region. The final stage was hosted by Martinique. Martinique were selected as hosts over fellow bidders Guadeloupe and Barbados. The competition was originally scheduled to begin on 18 August with the final match taking place on 28 November. However, at the beginning of August 2010, the CFU released a different schedule that showed the competition being postponed until 2 October.
