Fabrice Dupont, better known as 'Fabulous' Fab Dupont, is a French mixing engineer, record producer and teacher. He was born in Canada but his parents moved back to France when he was a toddler. Growing up in Paris, he studied music theory and saxophone before moving to Boston, Massachusetts where he attended Berklee College of Music, majoring in Songwriting. As a self-taught engineer and producer, Dupont uses a hybrid of both analog and digital technology to create records for artists such as Shakira, Jennifer Lopez, Bebel Gilberto, Freshlyground, David Crosby, Wakey Wakey, Vicente Garcia, Juan Luis Guerra, Nat King Cole, Visitante and many others. The NAMM Show is an annual trade show in the United States organized by the National Association of Music Merchants (NAMM), which describes it as "the industry’s largest stage, uniting the global music, sound and entertainment technology communities". Avishai Cohen (; born April 20, 1970) is an Israeli jazz double bassist, composer, singer, and arranger. Early life Avishai was born in Kabri, Israel, Kabri, a kibbutz in northern Israel. He has Sephardic Jews, Sephardic, Greek Jewish, Greek-Jewish and Polish-Jewish ancestry. He grew up in a musical family at Motza and Beit Zayit near Jerusalem until the age of six, when his family moved to nearby Shoeva. Toots And The Maytals
The Maytals, known from 1972 to 2020 as Toots and the Maytals, are a Jamaican musical group, one of the best known ska and rocksteady vocal groups. The Maytals were formed in the early 1960s and were key figures in popularizing reggae music. Frontman Toots Hibbert, who died in 2020, was considered a reggae pioneer on par with Bob Marley. His soulful vocal style was compared to Otis Redding, and led him to be named by ''Rolling Stone'' as one of the 100 Greatest Singers. After Hibbert's death, the Maytals indicated that they would continue as a working group. Their 1968 single " Do the Reggay" was the first song to use the word "reggae", coining the name of the genre and introducing it to a global audience.
