Adam Foti (born 20 February 1984) is a retired Australian football (soccer) striker with an Italian passport who played for several Cypriot and Greek clubs. He began playing football aged six in Junior Clubs Terry Hils/Bellrose Raiders, Manly-Warringah, Gladesville-Hornsby. Aged 15 he signed for Northern Tigers FC, and in seasons 2002 and 2003 he had 19 caps and 19 goals with this club. His good appearances in Australia were the reason that he came to Leonidio FC Greece aged 19, where he played half of season 2003–04 with nine caps and one goal. After he moved in Cyprus, for 1.5 years in Aris Limassol and start showing his scoring skills, having 23 caps and seven goals. Charles Carmen Foti, Jr. (born November 30, 1937), is a lawyer in New Orleans and a politician who served a single term from 2004 to 2008 as the Democratic Attorney General of the U.S. state of Louisiana, United States. Prior to becoming attorney general, Foti had been repeatedly reelected and served for thirty years as Orleans Parish criminal sheriff. Foti won the attorney general's office when the incumbent Democrat, Richard Ieyoub of Lake Charles, ran unsuccessfully for governor in the 2003 primary. Foti defeated the Republican candidate, Suzanne Haik Terrell, also of New Orleans, 689,179 votes (54 percent) to 597,917 (46 percent). Foti failed in his bid to win reelection as attorney general, having finished last in the three-way nonpartisan blanket primary held on October 20, 2007. Steven Foti (born December 3, 1958) is a Wisconsin lobbyist. Previously, he served as a Republican lawmaker in the Wisconsin State Assembly, where he rose to the rank of majority leader. Career Born in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin, Foti was a real estate salesman and ex-bartender before serving in the Assembly for 22 years. In the fall of 2002, Foti and other legislative leaders were ensnared in a caucus scandal. He was charged with one felony count for using his public office to campaign on state time.
