FK Dunav Stari Banovci () is a football club based in Stari Banovci, Vojvodina, Serbia. They compete in the Vojvodina League South, the fourth tier of the national league system. History The club won the Vojvodina League West in the 2010–11 season and took promotion to the Serbian League Vojvodina. They participated in the 2012–13 Serbian Cup, being eliminated in the opening round to Metalac Gornji Milanovac. After spending a decade in the third tier, the club placed second from the bottom in the 2020–21 season and suffered relegation to the Vojvodina League South. Vojvodina League South
Vojvodina League South () is a section of the Serbian Zone Leagues, Serbia's fourth football league. The league is operated by the Football Association of Vojvodina. Vojvodina League South consisted of 16 clubs from South Bačka District and Syrmia District who played each other in a double round-robin league, with each club playing the other club home and away. At the end of the season the top club was promoted to Serbian League Vojvodina. The 2015–16 Serbian Cup season is the tenth season of the Serbian national football tournament. The competition started on 2 September 2015 and concluded with the final on 11 May 2016. Goran Nikić ( sr-Cyrl, Горан Никић; born 1969) is a Serbian former professional footballer who played as a midfielder. At international level, Nikić represented FR Yugoslavia U-21 in one U-21 Euro and was on the preliminary squad for the 1987 FIFA World Youth Championship winning team. Club career Born in Belgrade, Nikić made his senior debut with Red Star Belgrade. After suffering a hamstring injury, he left for various clubs before eventually retiring in 2000. Radovan Radaković (; 6 February 1971 – 25 September 2022) was a Serbian football manager and player. Club career Radaković played for numerous clubs in his homeland, having his most successful period with Partizan. He won back-to-back championships with the ''Crno-beli'' in 2002 and 2003, as well as the national cup in 2001. The COVID-19 pandemic in Serbia was an outbreak of the disease COVID-19 in Serbia caused by the virus SARS-CoV-2. Its first case in Serbia was reported on 6 March 2020, and confirmed by Minister of Health Zlatibor Lončar. The case was a 43-year-old man from Bačka Topola who had travelled to Budapest. In late June 2020, the Balkan Insight published a report based on the allegedly leaked data from the internal Government COVID-19 information system. This report stated that in reality, Serbia had recorded 632 deaths due to COVID-19 in the period from 19 March to 1 June 2020, which corresponds to 388 additional deaths caused by the virus that were not publicly reported.
