Overview The club participated in the Ukrainian Second League Group A for four seasons (1997–2000). Afterwards the club was forced to withdraw its team from the professional competitions due to various reasons, but mainly the new regulations of the League. Malyn
Malyn ( uk, Ма́лин, Mályn) (sometimes spelled Malin) is a city in Zhytomyr Oblast (province) of Ukraine located about northwest of Kyiv. It served as the administrative center of Malyn Raion, now located in Korosten Raion. Population: Located in a wooded area of Polesia (literally woodland), the city is known for its paper factory and a sheet of paper is depicted on the city's coat of arms. The city is located on Irsha river which is a left tributary of Teteriv. Through the city runs an important railroad Kyiv – Korosten and a motor vehicle highway Kyiv-Kovel-Warsaw. Vadym Postovoy ( uk, Вадим Володимирович Постовой; born 30 August 1967) is a former Ukrainian football defender. The Ukrainian Cup ( uk, Кубок України) is an association football national knockout cup competition run by the Ukrainian Association of Football. The competition is conducted almost exclusively among professional clubs. Since the 2003–04 season, the Cup winner qualifies to play the Ukrainian Premier League winner for the Ukrainian Super Cup. Current format The format of this competition consists of two stages: a qualification stage with two rounds followed by the main event (four rounds and the final game).
