FC Gaz Metan Târgu Mureș
Fotbal Club Gaz Metan Târgu Mureș was a Romanian football club from Târgu Mureș, Mureș County. In its history, Gaz Metan has played for eight seasons in Liga III, between 2000 and 2009. History Gaz Metan achieved promotion to the Divizia C, Romanian's third division, at the end of the 1999–2000 season, winning Divizia D – Mureș County. During its first season in Divizia C, 2000–01, coached by Florea Ispir, Gaz Metan enjoying a good form finishing in 2nd place. In the following season, "Mureșenii" finished on the 8th place. 2017–18 Liga IV
The 2017–18 Liga IV was the 76th season of the Liga IV, the fourth tier of the Romanian football league system. The champions of each county association play against one from a neighboring county in a playoff to gain promotion. From this season the counties were divided into 7 regions, each consisting of 6 counties and the draw was made on 28 February 2018, with 3 months and a half before the first matches. 2002–03 Divizia C
The 2002–03 Divizia C season was the 47th season of Divizia C, the third tier of the Romanian football league system. Starting next season, Divizia B will consist of three groups of sixteen teams, while Divizia C will feature nine groups of fourteen teams each. The top two teams from each Divizia C group, along with the four best 3rd-placed teams (a total of 20 teams), will earn promotion. Meanwhile, the bottom three teams from each group, along with the four lowest-ranked 13th-placed teams (28 teams in total), will be relegated and replaced by the 42 county champions. 2007–08 Liga III
The 2007–08 Liga III season was the 52nd season of Liga III, the third tier of the Romanian football league system. It was the second in this format (six series of 18 teams each). The winners of each division got promoted to the 2008-09 Liga II season. There were also two playoff tournaments held at neutral venues involving the second placed teams, one with those from series 1, 2 and 3, the other with those from series 4, 5, and 6. The winners of the playoffs also got promoted to the 2008-09 Liga II season. The bottom three from each division were relegated at the end of the season to the county football leagues (Liga IV). From the 15th placed teams, another three were relegated. To determine these teams, separate standings were computed, using only the games played against clubs ranked 1st through 14th.
