FC Balkany Zorya
FC Balkany Zorya ( uk, ФК Балкани Зоря, FK Balkany Zorya) is a professional Ukrainian football team that is based in the village of Zorya, Sarata Raion in the region of Budjak, Odesa Oblast. History The club was founded in 2007 as FC Zorya in the ethnically Bulgarian village of Zorya that was founded in 1831 by resettlers from Bulgaria which is located on the Balkan peninsula. In the first year of the founding of the club managed to take second place in the championship of Sarata Raion. Between 2008–2011, Balkany became Champions of the Raion, also winning the cup and tournaments. In 2011, the team Odesa Oblast cup with the winning goal was scored by Oleksandr Raychev thereby winning the right to build a stadium in the village of Sarata. The following year began the construction of the stadium with two standard fields with grass. The ground is now named after former footballer from Zorya Boris Tropaneț as the Borys Tropanets Stadium. Flag Of Ukraine
The flag of Ukraine ( uk, Прапор України, Prapor Ukrainy) consists of equally sized horizontal bands of blue and yellow. The blue and yellow bicolour first appeared during the 1848 Revolutions of 1848, Spring of Nations in Lviv, Lemberg, then part of the Austrian Empire. It was adopted as a state flag for the first time in the aftermath of the Russian Revolution by the Ukrainian People's Republic, the West Ukrainian People's Republic and the Ukrainian State. It was also later adopted by Carpatho-Ukraine in March 1939. When Ukraine was part of the Soviet Union, the flag of the Ukrainian Soviet Socialist Republic was used and the bicolour was banned. During the dissolution of the Soviet Union, the bicolour gradually returned in use before officially being adopted again on 28 January 1992 by the Verkhovna Rada, Ukrainian parliament. The 2016–17 Ukrainian Second League is the 26th season of 3rd level professional football in Ukraine. The competition commenced on 23 July 2016 with one match from Round 1. The 2016 Ukrainian Football Amateur League season is the 20th since it replaced the competition of physical culture clubs. It started on April 16, 2016. There are 24 teams competing during the season which will consist of two phases, the first phase will be a group stage with six groups of four teams and the second phase will be a final playoff stage. All group winners and two best second placed teams will advance to playoffs which will start from quarterfinals. The last season winner Balkany Zorya will be the defending champions. Football Club Dnipro ( uk, Футбо́льний Клуб «Дніпро́», ) was a Ukrainian football club based in Dnipro. The club was owned by the Privat Group that also owns BC Dnipro and Budivelnyk Kyiv. In 2018 FC Dnipro was forced into bankruptcy by FIFA due to multiple legal claims for failing to pay its promised monetary compensation to players and managers. FC Skala Stryi is a Ukrainian football professional team from Stryi in Lviv oblast. The club currently competes in the Ukrainian Second League. It plays at Medyk Stadium in Morshyn that used to belong to former FC Medyk Morshyn.
