The Extraterrestrial World Tour is the third concert tour and second world tour by Chinese singer-songwriter Joker Xue. The Extraterrestrial World Tour spans a record-breaking 145 shows across four continents with 133 in Asia, 2 in Europe, 5 in North America, and 4 in Oceania. Tour attendance is approximately 5.08 million, making it among the List of most-attended concert tours, most-attended concert tours of all-time. Background On July 13, 2021, Xue announced the tour by posting the Extraterrestrial World Tour poster on Weibo. On July 24, at the Chaole Music Festival, Xue shared the tour is both a concert and a story with a lot of "silly plotlines" that should be "extremely fun." Extraterrestrial World Tour opened in October 2021 with two shows in Suzhou followed by two shows in Guangzhou the next month. Joker Xue
Joker Xue (, born July 17, 1983) is a Chinese singer-songwriter and record producer, formerly known as Jacky Xue. One of the most-streamed and most popular Mandopop artists, he is known for his emotional vocal delivery with works that span various styles such as Ballad, ballads, rock music, and Rhythm and blues, R&B. Xue's Extraterrestrial World Tour, drawing more than 5 million people, is among the List of most-attended concert tours, most-attended concert tours of all-time. He is one of five Chinese artists to surpass 100 shows, counting both arena and stadium venues, in a single tour and the only Chinese artist to surpass 100 stadium shows in a single tour. Early life Xue was born and raised in Shanghai, China. At age four, his mother died of a heart disease. He studied painting in his youth, then Hotel Management at Glion Institute of Higher Education in Switzerland, before dropping out to pursue a music career.
