Eurovea Tower
The Eurovea Tower is a premium high-rise residential skyscraper in Bratislava, Slovakia. The building was inaugurated in 2022 and stands at 168 metres (551 ft) tall, being divided into 46 floors. It is the tallest building in Slovakia and the first skyscraper over built in the country. The tower is part of the Eurovea City complex and housing 389 apartments. History The construction of the landmark began in March 2019 and was completed in the fall of 2023. The tower contains 408 apartments and 1,400 parking spaces. The developer is J&T Real Estate and the main architects are GFI Architektúra + Dizajn. The tower has six super-fast elevators that can travel at a speed of 6 m/s (22 km/h). Ružinov (, hu, Főrév, german: Rosenheim) is a borough of Bratislava, the capital of Slovakia, located in the Bratislava II district. Nivy Tower
Nivy (literally: Floodplains) is a neighborhood of the Ružinov borough of Bratislava, the capital of Slovakia, located in the Bratislava II district. At the end of the 19th century, the area underwent massive industrialization becoming the first industrial part of Bratislava. List Of Tallest Buildings In Bratislava
There are over 30 high-rise buildings in Bratislava over 80 meters high with dozens in the planning process or in construction. These are sometimes incorrectly called skyscrapers, predominantly in print; however, currently (2021) there are no true skyscrapers in Bratislava (over 150 meters high). The 168 meters high Eurovea 2 tower got the land-use permit in the Summer of 2019 and as of Winter 2021, it is halfway through construction.
