Anna Lührmann (born 14 June 1983) is a German political scientist and politician of Alliance 90/The Greens who has been serving as a member of the Bundestag since the 2021 German federal election. In addition to her work in parliament, she has been Minister of State at the Federal Foreign Office in the Scholz cabinet since 8 December 2021. The Regional Cooperation Council is an intergovernmental organisation established in 2008 to facilitate cooperation and development in South Eastern Europe. It's secretariat is based in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. Background The Regional Cooperation Council was established at a 2008 meeting of foreign affairs ministers from the South-East European Cooperation Process to superceed the Stability Pact for Southeastern Europe. Nikola Dimitrov (born 30 September 1972) is a Macedonian politician and diplomat, who has served as Minister of Foreign Affairs for North Macedonia from 31 May 2017 to 30 August 2020. He also served as Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs in 2000 and Macedonian ambassador to the United States and then the Netherlands. In 2014, he turned down an appointment as Macedonia's new ambassador to Russia.
