EuroFloorball Cup
The Champions Cup is floorball tournament organized by the International Floorball Federation for the best clubs from the top four countries according to IFF World Ranking. Since 2019, those are Sweden, the Czech Republic, Finland and Switzerland, both for men and women. The tournament culminates every year in January both for men's and women's teams, that won in the previous season in their national league and cup competitions. That means, there are eight men's and eight women's teams in the tournament in total. In various formats, the tournament took place 30 times, the last time in 2025. The first tournament was played in 1993. The new format with eight teams is used since 2024. Swedes won most titles, 24 in men's and 25 in women's tournaments. Among the teams, Sweden's IBF Falun are the most successful with five wins in the men's category and IKSU with seven in the women's. International Floorball Federation
The International Floorball Federation (IFF) is the worldwide governing body for the sport of floorball. It was founded on 12 April 1986 in Huskvarna, Sweden, by representatives from the national floorball associations of Finland, Sweden and Switzerland. It is based in Helsinki, Finland. The president of the federation is Filip Šuman. The federation became a member of Global Association of International Sports Federations (GAISF) in 2000. It is recognized by the International Olympic Committee, IOC and is an ordinary member of the Association of IOC Recognised International Sports Federations, ARISF since 2008. IKSU
IKSU (Idrottsklubben Studenterna i Umeå) is a sports club and nonprofit organization in Umeå. It has three facilities, ''IKSU sport'' at the Umeå University, Umeå University campus, ''IKSU'' plus at the Arts campus and ''IKSU spa'' in Umedalen. It has about 18,000 members. Tatran Střešovice
Tatran Střešovice is a floorball club based in Prague, Czech Republic. The team was founded in 1991. The men's team has played in the highest Czech floorball league, Superliga florbalu, since its foundation in 1993. Until the 2011–12 season, the team was the dominant team of the league, winning all titles, except for the 1995–96, 1996–97, 1999–00, and 2008–09 seasons. Overall, the team won 18 titles, the last time in 2023–24 season. It makes it the most successful Czech men floorball team. In 2024, Tatran won Champions Cup as the first Czech team in the history, when they beat Swedish IBF Falun in the finals. 2023–24 Men's Floorball Champions Cup
The 2023–24 Men's Floorball Champions Cup was the 29th edition of the premier competition for floorball clubs and the first in a new format for league and cup winners. The reigning champions were IBF Falun. Tatran Střešovice became the first Czech team to win the cup by beating Falun 6–4 in Prague. Format The format had undergone a new format in the season with the inclusion of the cup winners from all four countries. If the same team wins the league and the cup in their country, the second-place team in the league also takes part. For quarterfinals the eight teams are divided into two conferences based on their geographical location. The Swedish and Finnish teams take part in the Northern conference; the clubs from the Czech Republic and Switzerland play in the Southern conference. The four winners advance to the semifinals. Florbal MB (Předvýběr.CZ Florbal Mladá Boleslav after its sponsor) is a floorball club based in Mladá Boleslav, Czech Republic. The current club was formed in 2003 by merging ''FbK Mladá Boleslav'' (1999) and ''Sokol Mladá Boleslav'' (1998). The men's team has played in the highest Czech floorball league, Superliga florbalu, since the season 2004–05, after being promoted from a lower league. With four titles in the 2017–18, 2020–21, 2021–22 and 2024–25 seasons, it is the third most successful team of the league, after Tatran Střešovice and 1. SC Vítkovice.
