Eulalia, Norman Park
Eulalia is a heritage-listed villa at 75 McIllwraith Avenue, Norman Park, Queensland, Australia. It was built in 1889. It was added to the Queensland Heritage Register on 21 October 1992. History Eulalia is a single-storeyed brick house which was constructed in 1889. The land on which the house stands was first bought by August Dimper who purchased in 1860. In 1888, the land was further subdivided and was purchased by Patrick Real. In the following year Real employed Brisbane architects, John Hall & Sons to design a house for the site and Morley Whitehead of Ipswich were subsequently contracted to build Eulalia, a Greek word meaning speaking well of everybody.
