Eugène Hubert (historian)
Eugène Hubert ( Sury-en-Vaux, 1846–1904) was a 19th-century French journalist and playwright. Graduated in law, he became a banker and later decided to devote himself to journalism and literature. His plays were presented at Théâtre du Château-d'Eau and Théâtre des Bouffes-Parisiens. Sury-en-Vaux
Sury-en-Vaux () is a commune in the Cher department in the Centre-Val de Loire Centre-Val de Loire (; ,In isolation, ''Centre'' is pronounced . ) or Centre Region (, ), as it was known until 2015, is one of the eighteen Regions of France, administrative regions of France.
