Vila Belmiro Stadium (, ; named after the Vila Belmiro neighborhood), oficially known as Urbano Caldeira Stadium (, ; named after Urbano Caldeira), is an association football stadium in Santos, São Paulo, Santos, Brazil, Located in the Vila Belmiro neighborhood, it is home of Santos FC, Santos. The stadium was inaugurated on 12 October 1916, when Santos FC beat Clube Atlético Ypiranga 2–1, with Adolpho Millon Jr. scoring the first goal of the stadium. However, the team sometimes uses the Estádio do Pacaembu, Pacaembu Stadium located in the city of São Paulo for important games due to the low capacity of Vila Belmiro. The stadium underwent several expansions and renovations in the 1990s and 2000s (decade), most notably the renewal of the irrigation and drainage systems, flood-lighting and the replacement of the field. Botafogo Futebol Clube, commonly referred to as Botafogo-SP or Botafogo de Ribeirão Preto is a Brazilian association football club in Ribeirão Preto, São Paulo. 1916 Campeonato Paulista
In the 1916 season of the Campeonato Paulista, two championships were played, each by a different league. APSA Championship Before the start of the championship, Scottish Wanderers was expelled from the league after it became known that the club players who studied at Mackenzie College had shared the club's income, which was understood by the APSA as professionalism, which was forbidden by the league.
