Ervis Koçi (footballer, Born 1984)
Ervis Koçi (born 13 November 1984) is an Albanian professional footballer who most recently played as a goalkeeper for Kukësi in the Albanian Superliga. Club career He is the club's current longest serving player, having been a member of the squad since 2009 when they were playing in the Albanian Second Division, the third tier of Albanian football. Kukësi was promoted after finished second in the 2011–12 Albanian First Division and Koçi was rewarded with a new contract for his performances. He signed a contract for the 2012–13 season, the club's first ever top flight season. Koçi was dropped to second choice in the 2012–13 following the acquisition of Argjent Halili, making only one appearance in league. That appearance came on 4 May 2013 in the penultimate matchday versus Kastrioti Krujë, keeping a clean sheet in the 0–3. 2016 Albanian Supercup
The 2016 Albanian Supercup was the 23rd edition of the Albanian Supercup, an annual Albanian football match. The teams were decided by taking the winner of the previous season's Albanian Superliga and the winner of the Albanian Cup. The match was contested by Skënderbeu Korçë, champions of the 2015–16 Albanian Superliga, and Kukësi, the 2015–16 Albanian Cup winners. Due to the demolition of the Qemal Stafa Stadium, the game was scheduled to be played at the newly reconstructed Loro Boriçi Stadium in Shkodër but the inauguration of the stadium was postponed until the friendly between Albania and Morocco on 31 August. The venue for the game was the Selman Stërmasi Stadium in Tirana, the home of Tirana, and Kukësi won the game 3–1. The game was broadcast through DigitAlb's SuperSport Albania. Albanian Supercup
The Albanian Supercup is a single match usually at the beginning of the season between the winners of the Kategoria Superiore and Albanian Cup. Prior to 2000, Supercup final was not played when the champion team won the Double. However, after the year 2000 Albanian Football Association rules changed and the final would still be played against the Cup runner-ups. There have been 30 finals played in total. 2015–16 Albanian Cup () was the sixty-four season of Albania's annual cup competition. KF Laçi are the most recent winners of the competition, that being their second Cup trophy. Ties are played in a two-legged format similar to those of European competitions. If the aggregate score is tied after both games, the team with the higher number of away goals advances. Albanian Cup
The Albanian Cup () is the main "knockout" competition in Albanian football. The competition started in 1939 as Kupa e Mbretit ( English:"The King's Cup"). The cup was suspended for the next eight years as the Second World War started. It started again in 1948 as "Kupa e Republikës" ( English: "Republic Cup") and from 1991 as "Kupa e Shqipërisë" (Albanian Cup). Today it is the second most important competition in Albania after the Kategoria Superiore.
