Errol Ivor White CBE FRS FLS FGS (30 June 1901 – 11 January 1985) was a British geologist. He was President of the Ray Society from 1956 to 1959 and President of the Linnean Society of London from 1964 to 1967. The Most Excellent Order of the British Empire is a British order of chivalry, rewarding contributions to the arts and sciences, work with charitable and welfare organisations, and public service outside the civil service.
