Ernesford Grange
Ernesford Grange is a suburb of Coventry, West Midlands. It is in the southeast of the city and borders the Binley, Stoke Aldermoor and Willenhall areas. It is part of the Coventry South Constituency. The district was built in the 1960s and the 1970s with a three phase housing estate. Binley, Coventry
Binley is a suburb in the east of Coventry, West Midlands, England. Binley evolved from a small mining village on the outskirts of Coventry to a large residential area composing private residences and council-owned properties. It is famous for the Binley Mega Chippy, which is located within Binley. Binley is part of the ward of Binley and Willenhall, which had a population of 17,774 at the 2021 census. Stoke Aldermoor
Stoke Aldermoor is a suburban community in south-eastern Coventry, West Midlands, England. An area of Stoke Aldermoor consisting of a small estate alongside the north-east of Pinley Fields is called Pinley. It is bordered by the River Sowe and the Coventry Canal, and the suburbs of Stoke to the north, Whitley to the south-west and Ernesford Grange to the east. Industry During the Second World War, the Rootes No 1 Shadow Factory was located in Stoke Aldermoor. Four-wheel-drive scout cars, tank engines, truck engines and aero engines were produced at the factory. Rootes also maintained a training school in the area. Willenhall is a suburb of Coventry, in the county of the West Midlands, England. Willenhall is in the south-east of the city adjacent to the suburbs of Binley, Ernesford Grange and Whitley. Ernesford Grange Community Academy (formerly Ernesford Grange School) is a secondary comprehensive school with sixth form facilities in the Ernesford Grange area of Coventry, England.
