Murderdolls was an American rock band formed in Hollywood, California in 2002. Its lineup consisted of core members Wednesday 13 and Joey Jordison while former touring members included Ben Graves, Acey Slade, Eric Griffin and Tripp Eisen. The band released two albums, the first in the form of ''Beyond the Valley of the Murderdolls'' which was released in 2002. Though the band had limited initial success in the United States, their album and singles charted well in Europe, the United Kingdom, Australia and Japan. Their second album, '' Women and Children Last'', was released in August 2010. Wednesday 13 confirmed the band's split in an interview in July 2013. Characteristics The sound of the band is made up of their shared influences, which musically are punk rock and as well as from some of the 1970s hard rock acts (such as Kiss and Alice Cooper). Eric Griffin (November 3, 1967 – October 7, 2023) was an American professional boxer. As an amateur, he won gold medals at the 1989 and 1991 World Championships. Eric Londery Griffin (born May 26, 1990) is an American professional basketball player for Paisas Basketball of the Basketball Champions League Americas. He played college basketball for Hiwassee College, Garden City CC, and Campbell University before playing professionally in Italy, Puerto Rico, Venezuela, the United Arab Emirates, Dominican Republic, Israel, Poland, Australia, Greece, Uruguay and Taiwan. High school and college career Griffin attended Maynard Evans High School in Orlando, Florida, before transferring to Boone High School for his senior year after being cut multiple times from the basketball team at Evans. Griffin played his first year of college basketball for Hiwassee College, where he averaged 16 points, six rebounds and two blocks per game in 2008–09.
