Eric Blackwood (born as Eric Pastore) is an American singer-songwriter, guitarist and musician with the progressive rock band Edison's Children starring Marillion's Pete Trewavas and the Son of Astronaut Neil Armstrong, Rick Armstrong as well as an IATSE certified special effects and property technician of over 100 major motion pictures and television noted author & baseball stadium photographer & historian and has been an honorary member of the Marillion touring crew since 2005. Early life Blackwood was born in Brooklyn, New York, on July 24, 1968, the youngest of four siblings. He was raised in the Great Kills neighborhood of Staten Island, and graduated from New Dorp High School in 1986. A set dresser in drama (theater, film etc.) prepares the set with props and furniture to give it correct appearance and make sure each item is in correct position for each performance. In film Set dressers arrange objects on a film set before rolling the camera. They work under the direction of a Production Designer and the Set Decorator, typically with a Leadman/Lead Person as their immediate supervisor. Set dressers place furniture, hang pictures, and put out decorative items. They are also responsible for some light construction and assembly of small items, such as air-conditioning ducts and light switch plates. They also move items as necessary to make room for the filming equipment. Stephen Richard Hackett (born 12 February 1950) is an English guitarist who gained prominence as the lead guitarist of the progressive rock band Genesis (band), Genesis from 1971 to 1977. Hackett contributed to six Genesis studio albums, three live albums, seven singles and one Extended play, EP before he left to pursue a solo career.
