Eren Ozker
Eren Ozker (July 25, 1948 – February 25, 1993) was a Turkish-American puppeteer. She was one of the primary performers during the first season of Jim Henson's popular television series ''The Muppet Show''. Biography Ozker was born in Ankara, Turkey, and grew up in Farmington Hills, Michigan. She received a bachelor's degree in drama from the University of Michigan in 1970. Right after graduating, she toured with the National Shakespeare Company, appearing in ''Hamlet'' (Ophelia) and ''The Merchant of Venice'' (Jessica). She moved to New York City shortly afterward to perform in numerous off-Broadway productions, such as ''The Master Builder'', in which she portrayed Kaia Fosli. Reviews described her as "an Off-Broadway favorite" and as "a fire-cracker burning at both ends." Richard Hunt (puppeteer)
Richard Hunt (August 17, 1951 – January 7, 1992) was an American puppeteer, best known as a Muppet performer on ''Sesame Street'', ''The Muppet Show'', ''Fraggle Rock'', and other projects for The Jim Henson Company. His roles on ''The Muppet Show'' included Scooter, Statler, Janice, Beaker, and Sweetums and characters on ''Sesame Street'' included Gladys the Cow, Don Music, Forgetful Jones and the right head of the Two-Headed Monster. Early life Hunt was born in The Bronx, New York. The family eventually moved to Closter, New Jersey some years later. Hunt came from a family of performers. As a student in middle school and high school, he put on puppet shows for local children, and was a fan of the then-fledgling Muppets. After high school graduation, and a four-month stint of doing weather reports at a local radio station, Hunt pursued a meeting with Jim Henson. Fran Brill
Fran Brill (born September 30, 1946) is an American retired actress and puppeteer, best known for her roles on ''Sesame Street'', as well as playing Sally Hayes in the Hal Ashby film ''Being There'' (1979), Dana Mardukas in the Martin Brest film ''Midnight Run'' (1988) and Lily Marvin in the Frank Oz film '' What About Bob?'' (1991). Brill was honored with the Lifetime Achievement Award at the 3rd Children's and Family Emmy Awards in 2025. ''Emmet Otter's Jug-Band Christmas'' is a 1977 television special directed by Jim Henson, based on the 1971 children's book of the same name by Russell Hoban, itself inspired by "The Gift of the Magi" by O. Henry. The special features characters from Hoban's novel, in a teleplay adapted by Jerry Juhl. The special features narration by Kermit the Frog, who tells the story of Emmet Otter and his widowed Ma, a poor family of otters who struggle to get Christmas presents for the other as a result of their financial situation. David Rudman (born June 1, 1963) is an American puppeteer, puppet builder, writer, director, and producer known for his involvement with the Muppets and ''Sesame Street''. Rudman currently performs the roles of Scooter, Janice, and Beaker for The Muppets Studio, which were all originated by Richard Hunt, as well as Cookie Monster and Baby Bear on ''Sesame Street''.
