Eoin Mullen
Eoin Mullen (born 6 August 1993) is an Irish professional racing cyclist. He competed in the sprint event at the 2013 UCI Track Cycling World Championships. As of 6 December 2013 he has the Irish national record in the flying 200 m time trial in a time of 9.834, which he rode at the second meeting of the 2013–14 UCI Track Cycling World Cup in Aguascalientes, Mexico. He rode at the 2015 UCI Track Cycling World Championships. 2015 UEC European Track Championships
The 2015 UEC European Track Championships was the sixth edition of the elite UEC European Track Championships in track cycling and took place at the Velodrome Suisse in Grenchen, Switzerland, between 14 and 18 October. The Event was organised by the European Cycling Union. All European champions are awarded the UEC European Champion jersey which may be worn by the champion throughout the year when competing in the same event at other competitions. Kilronan
Cill Rónáin (), unofficially anglicized as Kilronan, is the main settlement on Inishmore, one of the Aran Islands off the coast of County Galway in Ireland. The ferries serving the island call at Doolin, County Clare and also Rossaveal, County Galway. The main industries are fishing and tourism. The village is situated in the Gaeltacht ( Irish speaking district), and thus only the Irish version of the name has any legal or official status. Schoolchildren visit the village to improve their Irish at summer schools. 2013 UCI Track Cycling World Championships
The 2013 UCI Track Cycling World Championships took place in Minsk, Belarus from 20 to 24 February 2013 in the Minsk-Arena. The Championships featured 19 events, the same as 2012. Great Britain, with five gold medals (four in Olympic events), and nine in total topped the medal table. Australia, Germany, France, the United States and Ireland all enjoyed a successful championships. Becky James of Great Britain, debuting at this level, won four medals, including two gold, in a single Championships, the first British cyclist to do so. Paul Mullen (rugby Union)
Paul Mullen (born 16 November 1991) is an Irish-American rugby union player who plays prop for the Utah Warriors of Major League Rugby (MLR) and the United States men's national team. Mullen previously played for the Houston SaberCats, the San Diego Legion and the Newcastle Falcons. Early life Mullen is originally from the Aran Islands, County Galway, Ireland. He first played rugby at the age of 13, while attending the Glenstal Abbey School. Mullen played rugby there from 2004 until 2009. Mullen also attended school at The King's Hospital, playing rugby there from 2009 until 2010. Mullen also played age-grade rugby for Munster before moving to the United States to attend Texas A&M University. There, Mullen earned his bachelor's degree in marine engineering technology in 2015 and his master's degree in marine resources management in 2017.
