Siri Beate Hatlen (born 5 May 1957) is a Norwegian businessperson. A "Sivilingeniør" by education with several years in the petroleum industry, since 1996 she has been an independent consultant. After succeeding in turning operations in various companies in the late 1990s, she has become best known as a health executive. Oslo ( or ; ) is the capital and most populous city of Norway. It constitutes both a county and a municipality.
