Enklava
''Enclave'' ( sr, / ) is a 2015 internationally co-produced propaganda drama film directed by Goran Radovanović. It was one of six films shortlisted by Serbia to be their submission for the Academy Award for Best Foreign Language Film at the 88th Academy Awards but it was not nominated. On 3 September 2015 it was selected to represent Serbia for the Foreign Language Oscar. The main theme of the film is life of Kosovo Serbs in small isolated ethnic enclaves. Plot The film follows a young Serbian boy named Nenad, who was living in a ghetto that was the product of a previous war. Rather than having a linear plot line, the film focuses on the different unfortunate events in Nenad's life, sometimes revisiting past events. Anica Dobra ( sr-Cyrl, Аница Добра; born June 3, 1963) is a Serbian film and theatre actress. Early life and education Dobra was born on June 3, 1963, in Belgrade, where she completed primary education before moving to Frankfurt on Main with her mother. She stayed in Germany until she graduated from high school, and then returned to Serbia. In 1983, Dobra enrolled in the Faculty of Dramatic Arts at the University of Arts in Belgrade. She studied under Predrag Bajčetić, together with Nebojša Bakočević, Goran Radaković, Arijana Čulina, Milan Pleština and Dragan Mrkić. She graduated in 1987. Dobra is married to Miodrag Sovtić. Nebojša "Glogi" Glogovac ( sr-Cyrl, Небојша Глоговац; 30 August 19699 February 2018) was an award-winning Serbian actor, notable for performances in theater, television and film. He was a member of the Children's Drama Group of the Serbian Radio and Television, and he began his acting career at the Youth Atelier in Pančevo. In 1996, he received a scholarship from the Yugoslav Drama Theater and a role in the play ''The Great Robbery'', directed by Dejan Mijač on the stage of Atelje 212. When he was a child, he appeared in the television show ''Price iz Nepricave (Stories from Nepricava)'' in 1981. Miodrag Krivokapić ( sr-Cyrl, Миодраг Кривокапић, ; born 22 April 1949) is a Serbian actor. He completed the Zagreb Academy of Dramatic Art in 1975. He remained in Zagreb after graduation, becoming a member of the ensemble of the Gavella Drama Theatre, later moving to the Croatian National Theatre in Zagreb, where he remained until 1986. List Of Serbian Submissions For The Academy Award For Best Foreign Language Film
Serbia has submitted films for the Academy Award for Best International Feature Film under three different names since the breakup of Yugoslavia in the early 1990s. Despite the name changes, all submitted films since 1994 have been Serbian productions. The Foreign Film Award is handed out annually by the United States Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences to a feature-length motion picture produced outside the United States that contains primarily non-English dialogue. , 28 Serbian films have been submitted for the Academy Award for Best Foreign Language Film, but none of them have been accepted as nominees.
