Enevold Brandt
Count Enevold Brandt (7 September 1738 - 28 April 1772) was a Danish courtier. Biography Brandt was born in Copenhagen, and studied law at the University of Copenhagen. He became assistant judge of the Supreme Court of Copenhagen in 1764, royal chamberlain in 1769, and afterwards superintendent of the Royal Theatre. In 1770, he replaced Conrad Holck as the companion and favorite of King Christian VII after the intervention of Struensee, who became his friend and de facto ruler of Denmark-Norway the same year.August Fjelstrup: Damerne ved Karoline Mathildes Hof, 1909. Enevold Steenblock Høyum
Enevold Steenblock Høyum (15 May 1775 – 24 January 1830) was a Norwegian military officer who served as a representative at the Norwegian Constitutional Assembly. He was born at Sauherad in Telemark, Norway. He was the oldest of six siblings. The family moved to Haug gård in Sauherad during his youth. He entered military service and in 1794 became Second Lieutenant in Telemark Infantry Regiment (''Tellemarkske Infanterie Regiment''). He advanced through the ranks became Captain in 1809. Together with Commander Gullik Madsen Røed, he represented Telemark Infantry Regiment at the Norwegian Constituent Assembly at Eidsvoll in 1814. They both voted with the independence party (''Selvstendighetspartiet''). In 1810, he married Edel Maria Thornson with whom he was the father of six children. Enevold Kruse
Enevold Kruse (October 28, 1554 – March 8, 1621) was a Danish nobleman who served as Governor-general of Norway from 1608 to 1618. Career After studying abroad, including in Helmstedt, Germany, he was employed in 1578 at the Danish chancery, and his career advanced rapidly. He served in the Danish Treasury (responsible for accounting, payment and collection of customs duties and taxes, as well as management of state property, including forests, roads, and buildings) beginning in 1582 and retained that position until 1608. In 1608, he was named feudal lord to Akershus in Norway, Governor-general of Norway, and a member of the Danish national council. He served as commander for the Norwegian forces during the Kalmar War between Denmark-Norway and Sweden from 1611 to 1613.
