Ultra high frequency (UHF) is the ITU designation for radio frequencies in the range between 300 megahertz (MHz) and 3 gigahertz (GHz), also known as the decimetre band as the wavelengths range from one meter to one tenth of a meter (one decimetre). Radio waves with frequencies above the UHF band fall into the super-high frequency (SHF) or microwave frequency range. Lower frequency signals fall into the VHF ( very high frequency) or lower bands. Pakapaka is an Argentine television channel and website providing shows and original programming for children ages 2 to 12 and their families. Launched initially as a programming section in the Encuentro television channel on September 23, 2007, and later as a digital terrestrial television and Free-to-air, FTA channel on September 17, 2010, although regular transmissions begun on September 9. The Secretariat of Education (, formerly Ministry of Education) of Argentina is a secretariat and former ministry of the national executive power that oversaw education policies on all educational levels, alongside the governments of the twenty-three provinces of Argentina and the City of Buenos Aires. Darío Gabriel Sztajnszrajber (; born 16 June 1968), also known as Darío Szeta, is an Argentine philosopher, essayist, teacher, and television presenter. Personal life Sztajnszrajber was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina to a family of Polish descent. According to Sztajnszrajber himself, his surname means "the one who writes in stone". His family is Jewish, although he's a self-proclaimed agnostic. His brother, Mauro Szeta, is a journalist who specializes in police matters.
