Emmarie Mabanag Ouano-Dizon (born April 1, 1970) is the incumbent congressional district representative from Cebu who represents Mandaue's Lone District in the 19th Congress of the Philippines. Lolypop, as she is fondly called in her hometown Mandaue, Cebu is one of the grand daughters of Mandaue City former mayor Alfredo Ouano and the only daughter of Mandaue City Mayor and former Cebu Provincial Board member Thadeo "Teddy" Ouano. 2013 Philippine General Election
A general election was held in the Philippines on May 13, 2013. It was a midterm election—the officials elected were sworn in on June 30, 2013, midway through President Benigno Aquino III's term of office. Consolacion, officially the Municipality of Consolacion (; ), is a municipality in the province of Cebu, Philippines. According to the 2020 census, it has a population of 148,012 people.
