Emil Sumangil
Emil Sumangil (born November 23, 1978) is a Filipino journalist and broadcaster. Known primarily for his work on scoops about criminal activities, he first anchored the newscast '' News TV Quick Response Team'' in 2018 before co-hosting the magazine show three years later. In 2023, Sumangil joined the newscast as a regular anchor and had his own investigative public service show, . Career Sumangil was a production assistant and researcher of ABS-CBN News and Current Affairs for three years, before moving to GMA Network in 2004 as a writer and producer of GMA Public Affairs programs' segments. He eventually reassigned to a field journalist covering criminal activities exclusively, drawing inspiration from then-GMA Integrated News reporter Michael Fajatin. Maria Jessica Aspiras Soho (; born March 27, 1964) is a Filipino broadcast journalist affiliated with GMA Network. She is the host of the news magazine program ''Kapuso Mo, Jessica Soho'' on GMA, and was the news anchor for '' State of the Nation'' on GMA News TV (now GTV) from 2011 to 2021.
