Elías Rafn Ólafsson
Elías Rafn Ólafsson (born 11 March 2000) is an Icelandic professional footballer who plays as a goalkeeper for Liga Portugal 2 club Mafra, on loan from Danish Superliga side FC Midtjylland. Early life Elías started playing football at the age of five. He also played both handball and volleyball in his youth and played two games for the Iceland national volleyball team in 2015. He subsequently quit both sports to fully focus on football. Club career Elías came through the youth academy of Breiðablik. In July 2018, he was sold to reigning Danish champions Midtjylland. In 2019, he was loaned to Aarhus Fremad where he appeared in 20 games. In August 2020, he was loaned to Fredericia. In December 2020, he signed a 5-year contract extension with Midtjylland. ''DV'' (''Dagblaðið Vísir'') is an online newspaper in Iceland published by Torg ehf. It came into existence as a daily newspaper in 1981 when two formerly independent newspapers, Vísir and Dagblaðið, merged. Early on it was one of the largest newspapers in Iceland and at one point had a 64% readership in Iceland. In the 1990s its readership started to dwindle and in 2003 its publisher was declared bankrupt. It was resurrected a week later by the publisher of Fréttablaðið. 2021 UEFA European Under-21 Championship
The 2021 UEFA European Under-21 Championship (also known as UEFA Under-21 Euro 2021) was the 23rd edition of the UEFA European Under-21 Championship (26th edition if the Under-23 era is also included), the biennial international youth football championship organised by UEFA for the men's under-21 national teams of Europe. Initially, 12 teams were to play in the tournament, however on 6 February 2019, UEFA's executive committee increased this number to 16. Only players born on or after 1 January 1998 were eligible to participate. The tournament was co-hosted by Hungary and Slovenia. It was originally scheduled to take place from 9 to 26 June 2021. However, the tournament was rescheduled following the postponement of UEFA Euro 2020 to June/July 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Luxembourg National Under-21 Football Team
The Luxembourg national under-21 football team is the national representative under-21 football team of Luxembourg. It is controlled by the Luxembourg Football Federation (FLF). The team is the feeder team to the Luxembourg's national team. The team competes in the biennial European Under-21 Championship. Since the establishment of the UEFA European Under-21 Football Championship in 1978 the team has always finished bottom of their qualification group. The team is for Luxembourgian players aged under 21 at the start of the calendar year in which a two-year European Under-21 Football Championship campaign begins, so some players can remain with the squad until the age of 23. The Canada Men's National Football Team represent Canada in Senior Men's international gridiron football competitions. It is governed and managed by Football Canada and is recognized by the International Federation of American Football (IFAF).
