Elston Howard Turner Jr. (born March 6, 1990) is an American professional basketball player who last played for G.S. Iraklis B.C., Iraklis Thessaloniki of the Greek Basket League. A 6'5", 186 lbs small forward who can also play as a shooting guard, Turner played for Washington Huskies men's basketball, Washington Huskies and at Texas A&M Aggies men's basketball, Texas A&M Aggies before going overseas to Europe to play for several clubs in Italy, France, Germany and Greece. The Texas A&M Aggies men's basketball team represents Texas A&M University in NCAA Division I college basketball. The Aggies compete in the Southeastern Conference. The Minnesota Timberwolves are an American professional basketball team based in Minneapolis. Ole Miss Rebels Men's Basketball
The Ole Miss Rebels men's basketball team represents the University of Mississippi in the sport of basketball. The Rebels compete in the NCAA Division I and the Southeastern Conference (SEC). They started the 2015–16 season playing home games at Tad Smith Coliseum on the university's Oxford campus, but played their final game in that facility on December 22, 2015. Elston Howard Turner Sr. (born June 10, 1959) is an American former professional basketball player who currently works as an assistant coach for the Minnesota Timberwolves of the National Basketball Association (NBA). Playing career A 6'5" (1.96 m) shooting guard–small forward from the University of Mississippi, leading Ole Miss to its first ever NCAA Tournament in his senior year, Turner was selected in the second round (43rd overall) of the 1981 NBA draft by the Dallas Mavericks, and went on to play in eight NBA seasons from 1981 to 1989, for the Mavericks, Denver Nuggets and the Chicago Bulls. The Basketball Bundesliga (BBL) (English language: ''Federal Basketball League''), for sponsorship reasons named easyCredit BBL, is the highest level league of professional club basketball in Germany. The league comprises 18 teams. A BBL season is split into a league stage and a playoff stage. At the end of the league stage, the top eight teams qualify for the playoff stage, and the teams positioned in the 17th and 18th places are relegated to a lower-tier league.
