Elsebeth Kock-Petersen
Elsebeth Kock-Petersen (born 15 January 1949) is a Danish Venstre politician. She was a member of the Folketing who represented the constituency from 1975 to 1977 and then the between 1984 and 1990. Kock-Petersen was appointed the youngest ever Minister for Ecclesiastical Affairs in 1982 before being made Minister of Social Affairs between 1984 and 1986 and then the Minister of Health from 1988 to 1989. She was appointed Commander of the Order of the Dannebrog in 1984. Early life and education Kock-Petersen was born to the Nørrebro-based parish priest Ejnar Larsen and housewife Anna Maria Elkjær Larsen in Copenhagen on 15 January 1949. She was educated at Nørre Gymnasium from 1967 and graduated from the University of Copenhagen with a Candidate of Law in 1973. Elsebeth Egholm (born 17 September 1960) is a Danish journalist and best-selling author who writes mainly crime fiction novels. She is known internationally as the creator of the television series ''Those Who Kill''. Early life Born in Nyborg on the Danish island of Funen, she grew up in Lisbjerg near Aarhus, where her parents had a garden centre. After schooling in Aarhus, she matriculated from the state gymnasium in Hasle. She went on to study piano at the Music Conservatory of Jutland, where she remained for four years before switching to journalism at the Danish School of Journalism (''Journalisthøjskolen'') in 1985. Elsebeth Brehm, married name Jørgensen (30 July 1901 – 14 July 1995) was a Danish tennis player. She represented Denmark at the 1920 Summer Olympics and at the 1924 Summer Olympics. Elsebeth Budolfsen (born 8 March 1947) is a Danish pharmacist and business executive. She has held top management positions in several Danish companies over the past 20 years, including managing director of ALK-Abelló, Christian Hansen Holding and Novo. As of September 2015, she heads the biotechnology company T-cellic (a.k.a.Torsana Oncology Systems) while serving on the board of directors of over a dozen private companies and public organizations, including DONG Energy, Danske Bank and the Risø Research Centre.
