Ellsworth R. Bathrick
Ellsworth Raymond Bathrick (January 6, 1863 – December 23, 1917) was an American politician who served as a U.S. Representative from Ohio. Biography Born January 6, 1863 near Pontiac, Michigan to Sumner Bathrick and Louisa Bathrick, he married May L. Clark in 1889.1910 US Census for Akron, Ohio states that Bathrick was a real estate agent. His household included Ellsworth & May, married 22 years, and May's mother, Vie S. Clark. Bathrick attended the country schools and was graduated from the Pontiac High School. He moved to New York City in 1890 and engaged in the importation of edible oils. In the 1890s, he was a reporter for a Cleveland newspaper.Ellsworth R. 62nd United States Congress
The 62nd United States Congress was a meeting of the legislative branch of the United States federal government, composed of the United States Senate and the United States House of Representatives. It met in Washington, DC from March 4, 1911, to March 4, 1913, during the final two years of William H. Taft's presidency. The apportionment of seats in the House of Representatives was based on the Twelfth Census of the United States in 1900. Additional House seats were assigned to the two new states of New Mexico and Arizona. The size of the House was to be 435 starting with the new Congress coming into session in 1913.
