Ella Bohlin
Ella Elin Nikolina Bohlin (born 1979) is a Christian Democratic politician in Sweden. Early life and education Bohlin was born in Jönköping. She has a B.A. in political science and has worked as a spinning instructor. Political career Bohlin was the leader of the Christian Democratic Youth League of Sweden between 2005 and 2008. She was her party's top candidate in the 2009 elections to the European Parliament, but was not elected because Alf Svensson, the former party leader, received more individual votes and took the party's single seat. In 2011 she became an advisor to the government on behalf of her party in environmental and agricultural matters. In 2014 she was elected to the Stockholm County Council, where she is minister for children and the aged. Personal life and views She is married to Per Bohlin. It is published in Stockholm and aspires to full national and international coverage, and is widely considered Sweden's newspaper of record. History and profile ''Dagens Nyheter'' was founded by Rudolf Wall in December 1864. The first issue was published on 23 December 1864. During its initial period the paper was published in the morning. In 1874 the paper became a joint stock company. Its circulation in 1880 was 15,000 copies. History and profile The first issue of ''Svenska Dagbladet'' appeared on 18 December 1884. During the beginning of the 1900s the paper was one of the right-wing publications in Stockholm. Ivar Anderson is among its former editors-in-chief who assumed the post in 1940. Livets Ord, literally ''Word of Life'', is a megachurch in Uppsala, within the Swedish Word of Faith movement. Livets Ord is the foremost example of the Neo-charismatic movement in Sweden, closely related to Word of Faith, and it may be viewed as a Swedish expression similar to Pentecostal elements in American Christianity. History The congregation was founded in Uppsala by Ulf Ekman on May 24, 1983, who also served as its leader until 2000. Ekman passed on the local pastorship in Uppsala to Robert Ekh that year and instead began working on expanding the church's international work. In 2013 Joakim Lundqvist, become the senior pastor. TV4 Newsmill was a Swedish website for "news commentary and debate". Debate was opened to the public on 3 September 2008. It was operated at that time by Peter Magnus Nilsson (CEO, editor and publisher), Leo Lagercrantz (Editorial Director) and Karen Eder Ekman, who had previously worked at Expressen and ''Aftonbladet''. Ekman has been succeeded by Sakine Madon and Annika Nordgren Christensen. Newsmill was owned by the Bonnier Group, a giant media conglomerate, Proventus, an investment group, Nelson and Lagercrantz. There are links to other mainstream media, since Bonnier also own Dagens Nyheter, Expressen and Résumé, which frequently comment on opinion articles in Newsmill.
