Elizabeth Oswelia Yáñez Robles (born 29 September 1945) is a Mexican politician affiliated with the PAN. Torreón
Torreón () is a city and seat of Torreón Municipality in the Mexico, Mexican States of Mexico, state of Coahuila. The city's population is 720,848 inhabitants, making it the second largest city in the state of Coahuila. Also Torreón is part of the Comarca Lagunera metropolitan area. The area was originally a center for ranching. With irrigation, the city became an important center for farming and the processing of cotton.
