Eliseu Lemos Padilha (born 23 December 1945) is a Brazilian lawyer and politician, who was appointed by Dilma Rousseff as the Chief-Minister of the Brazilian Civil Aeronautics Government Department. He was in office from January 1, 2015 to December 1, 2015. Canela, Rio Grande Do Sul
Canela (), meaning ''Cinnamon'' in Portuguese, is a town located in the Serra Gaúcha of Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. Both Canela and neighboring Gramado are important tourist locations and they both draw many visitors each year. Michel Miguel Elias Temer Lulia (; born 23 September 1940) is a Brazilian politician, lawyer and writer who served as the 37th president of Brazil from 31 August 2016 to 31 December 2018. He took office after the impeachment and removal from office of his predecessor Dilma Rousseff. He had been the 24th vice president of Brazil since 2011 and acting president since 12 May 2016, when Rousseff's powers and duties were suspended pending an impeachment trial. The Senate's 61–20 vote on 31 August 2016 to remove Rousseff from office meant that Temer succeeded her and served out the remainder of her second term.
