Elene Tevdoradze
Elene Tevdoradze ( ka, ელენე თევდორაძე; born 5 September 1938), is a Georgian politician, teacher, and former member of the Parliament of Georgia. Biography Tevdoradze was born in Tbilisi on 5 September 1938. She graduated from the Faculty of German Language and Literature at the Institute of Foreign Languages of Tbilisi in 1960. From 1962 to 1963, she was a secondary school teacher in the city of Rustavi, and became the local leader of Komsomol from 1963 to 1965. In 1972, Tevdoradze was named deputy principal of Tbilisi School No. 3 and became the principal of 90th School of Tbilisi in 1975. Giorgi Margvelashvili
Giorgi Margvelashvili ( ka, გიორგი მარგველაშვილი; born 4 September 1969) is a Georgian academic and politician who was the fourth president of Georgia, in office from 17 November 2013 to 16 December 2018. Having studied philosophy in university, he was twice the rector of the Georgian Institute of Public Affairs from 2000 to 2006 and again from 2010 to 2012. In October 2012, he became a member of the newly formed cabinet of Bidzina Ivanishvili as Minister of Education and Science of Georgia. In February 2013, he was additionally appointed as First Deputy Prime Minister. The United National Movement (UNM; ka, ერთიანი ნაციონალური მოძრაობა, tr), also colloquially known as the Natsebi, is a liberal-conservative political party in Georgia. Tina Bokuchava serves as the party's chairman, while its honorary chairman Mikheil Saakashvili is considered the ''de facto'' leader. The UNM's electoral number is 5. The UNM was founded by Saakashvili in 2001, in opposition to Eduard Shevardnadze's government, rising to power following the Rose Revolution in 2003. During its nine-year rule, the UNM implemented several major reforms.
