Elena Antonia Mathis Falivena (born 31 August 1999) is a Swiss–Italian curling, curler. At the national level, she is a three-time Swiss Junior Curling Championships, Swiss Junior champion curler. At the international level, she competed for Switzerland in three , and for Italy at the 2023 European Curling Championships. She moved from Switzerland to Italy in the summer of 2023 to play for the Italian National Women's Team, skipped by Stefania Constantini. Personal life She was born on 31 August 1999 in Wetzikon, Switzerland. As of 2024, Mathis is a student. She lives in Bäretswil, Switzerland. 2022 Swiss Women's Curling Championship
The 2022 Swiss Women's Curling Championship, the national women's curling championship for Switzerland is being held from February 19 to February 26 in Thônex at the Trois-Chêne curling club. Team Tirinzoni are the defending champions and are returning from a fourth-place finish at the 2022 Olympics. There are seven teams competing to represent Switzerland at the 2022 World Women's Curling Championship. The event, due to team Tirinzoni's participation at the olympics, was a six-team single round-robin tournament with three teams qualifying for the playoffs and team Tirizoni as the fourth team in the playoffs. The playoffs teams qualified for a single round-robin tournament for seeding purposed for the playoffs. 2021 Swiss Women's Curling Championship
The 2021 Swiss Women's Curling Championship, Switzerland's national women's curling championship, was held from February 6 to 13 at the Curlingzentrum Region Basel in Arlesheim, Switzerland. The winning Silvana Tirinzoni rink then played against the 2020 Swiss champion Elena Stern rink for the right represent Switzerland at the 2021 World Women's Curling Championship. The event was held between four teams playing in a triple round robin. The top two teams played a best of three to determine the winner while the bottom two teams played in the bronze medal game. Binia Feltscher
Binia Feltscher (born 13 October 1978 in Chur) is a Swiss retired curler from Flims. She was the skip of the 2014 and 2016 World championship curling teams from Switzerland. From 2006 to 2013 she was known as Binia Feltscher-Beeli. Career Feltscher began curling in 1989 and started skipping in 2007. Feltscher was the third of the Swiss team skipped by Mirjam Ott at the 2006 Winter Olympics, where she won a silver medal. With Ott, Feltscher won silver medals at the European Curling Championships in 2004 and 2005 and a bronze in 2006. Team Ott represented Switzerland at the 2005 World Women's Curling Championship and finished eighth with a 4–7 record. Feltscher left the Ott rink in 2007 to form her own team. Laura Engler (born October 16, 1999) is a Swiss curler from St. Gallen. Career Engler was selected as a member of the Swiss mixed team at the 2016 Winter Youth Olympics. Engler threw second stones on the team, which was skipped by Selina Witschonke. The team finished the round robin with a 6–1 record, finishing second in their pool. They then beat Sweden 7–3 in the quarter-finals before dropping the semifinal 7–5 to Canada. They won the bronze medal with an 11–3 defeat over Russia. In the mixed doubles event, she was paired with Brazil's Victor Santos. The two lost in their only game, losing 9–1 to Zhao Ruiyi of China and Andreas Hårstad of Norway.
