Noginsk (), known as Bogorodsk () until 1930, is a Classification of inhabited localities in Russia, city and the administrative center of Noginsky District, Bogorodsky District in Moscow Oblast, Russia, located east of the Moscow Ring Road on the Klyazma River. Population: History Founded in 1389 as Rogozhi, the town was later renamed to Rogozha by 1506, and to Bogorodsk (lit. ''[a town] of the Theotokos, Mother of God'') by a Catherine the Great's decree in 1781, when it was granted town status. Vyacheslav Zudov
Vyacheslav Dmitriyevich Zudov (, 8 January 1942 – 12 June 2024) was a Soviet cosmonaut. Biography Zudov was selected as a cosmonaut on 23 October 1965, flew as commander on Soyuz 23 on 14–16 October 1976, and retired on 14 May 1987. He was married and had two children. Zudov died on 12 June 2024, at the age of 82. He was buried in the Federal Military Memorial Cemetery on 14 June. Ivan Sergeyevich Kuznetsov () (May 27, 1867June 3, 1942) was a Russian architect primarily known for his pre-1917 works in Moscow and Vichuga. Born into a working-class family, Kuznetsov independently broke into the elite architecture society of Moscow. He worked in many different styles but was most successful in Neoclassical architecture and Russian Revival. He excelled in industrial architecture and designed more than 600 buildings through the commissions of Nikolay Vtorov. Kuznetsov remained in high demand during the Soviet period. Nikolay Alexandrovich Vtorov (;  – 20 May 1918) was an industrialist from the Russian Empire. According to a 2006 Forbes study, which excluded the ruling House of Romanov, he held the title of Russia's wealthiest man on the eve of World War I, owning an estimated 60 million rubles in gold. Vladimir Alexanderovich Zharkov (; born January 10, 1988) is a Russian professional ice hockey right winger. He is currently playing with Traktor Chelyabinsk of the Kontinental Hockey League (KHL). Pozdniakova competed in the 2008 Summer Olympics and won a silver medal with her partner Yuliya Pakhalina in the 3m Synchronized Springboard.
