''Elaan'' is a 2011 Indian Bhojpuri language film written and directed by Dhiraj Kumar and produced by Rahul Roy. Manoj Tiwari, Rahul Roy and Joginder Tiwari are in lead roles. Rahul Roy (born 9 February 1968) is an Indian actor, producer and former model known for his works in Hindi films and television. Roy began his acting career with the 1990 blockbuster '' Aashiqui'', a Mahesh Bhatt production as the lead actor with newcomer Anu Agarwal. Manoj Tiwari (Delhi Politician)
Manoj Kumar Tiwari (born 1 February 1971) is an Indian politician, singer and actor serving as a Member of Parliament from North East Delhi. He contested the 2009 general election as a Samajwadi Party candidate from Gorakhpur Lok Sabha but lost to Yogi Adityanath. Again, he contested 2014 Indian general elections as a Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) candidate and won. He was appointed as Delhi BJP president in 2016.
