''El Canta Autor Del Pueblo'' is the first studio album by Regional Mexican artist Espinoza Paz. It was released on 18 March 2008, by American Show Latin / Machete Regio. Background Before Paz signed a deal with the major label Universal Latino, he released the album ''Amigo con Derechos'' in 2008, on a small independent label. Several of the tracks from that album are included on his major label debut ''El Canta Autor Del Pueblo'' including "Carcacha Vieja" (Retitled "La Carcacha"), "Amigo con Derechos", "Asi Soy Feliz", "El Celular", "El Bobo" (Retitled "No Soy Un Bobo"), "Un Numero Mas" (Retitled "Ojala"), "Tus Ojos Lindos" (Retitled "Madre Mia") and "La Que Sufre Es Mi Mama". Isidro Chávez Espinoza (born 29 October 1981 in Angostura, Sinaloa, Mexico), better known as Espinoza Paz, is a Latin Grammy nominated Mexican musician and composer of Regional Mexican music, specializing in the styles of Banda, Norteño and Mariachi. Early career Espinoza Paz (Isidro Chávez Espinoza) was born on 29 October 1981 in La Angostura, a small town in the north of the state of Sinaloa, Mexico. He was 11 years old when he wrote his first song, which was dedicated to a girl with whom he had a crush. By the time he was 13, he had already written 20 songs; however, it wasn’t until his father sent him money from the United States that he decided to buy his first guitar and teach himself to play it. Machete Regio
Machete Music is an urban music label owned by Universal Music Group. The record label had been largely associated with reggaeton music, but in recent years, it has been also been signing non-reggaeton artists such as Malverde, Mala Rodriguez and Chino XL. The label is part of Universal Music Latin Entertainment. Machete Music is one of the most prevalent labels in the Reggaeton genre.
