Ekanit Panya ( th, เอกนิษฐ์ ปัญญา, born 21 October 1999) is a Thai professional footballer who plays as an attacking midfielder or a winger for J1 League club Urawa Reds, on loan from Thai League 1 club Muangthong United, and the Thailand national team. Club career Chiangrai United Ekanit spent his entire youth career at Chiangrai United before being promoted to the senior team in 2015. He won the Thai League 1 title with Chiangrai United in the 2019 season. Muangthong United After 12 years at Chiangrai United, Ekanit moved to Muangthong United on a permanent transfer. Loan to Urawa Red Diamonds On 24 July 2023, Ekanit was loaned to 2022 AFC Champions League champions, Urawa Red Diamonds until the end of the year. The Thai League 1 ( th, ไทยลีก 1), often referred to as T1, is the top level of the Thai football league system. Contested by 16 clubs, it operates on a system of promotion and relegation with Thai League 2. Seasons run from August to May, with each team playing 30 games (playing all 15 other teams both home and away). 2015 Thai Premier League
The 2015 Thai Premier League (also known as Toyota Thai Premier League due to the sponsorship from Toyota) was the 19th season of the Thai Premier League since its establishment in 1996. A total of 18 teams competed in the league. The season began on 14 February and finished on 13 December. Buriram United were the defending champions, having won their Thai Premier League title the previous season. Nakhon Ratchasima, Saraburi and Navy entered as the three promoted teams. 2023 AFC Asian Cup
The 2023 AFC Asian Cup will be the 18th edition of the AFC Asian Cup, the quadrennial international men's football championship of Asia organised by the Asian Football Confederation (AFC). It will involve 24 national teams after expansion in 2019, with Qatar as the defending champions. The tournament was originally scheduled to be held in China from 16 June to 16 July 2023. On 14 May 2022, the AFC announced that China would not host the tournament due to the circumstances caused by the COVID-19 pandemic and China's Zero-COVID policy. On 17 October, the AFC announced that the tournament will be held in Qatar. Qatar will become the first country to host three Asian Cups, after 1988 and 2011. Alexandré Pölking (born 12 March 1976), sometimes known simply as Mano, is a Brazilian-German football manager and former player. He is currently the head coach of Thailand national team. Playing career He started his career in his ancestral country of Germany, playing for VfB Fichte Bielefeld, Arminia Bielefeld and SV Darmstadt 98. The 2023 FIFA Club World Cup will be the 20th edition of the FIFA Club World Cup, a FIFA-organised international club football tournament between the winners of the six continental confederations, as well as the host nation's league champions.
